Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via one of the prominent courier services we have tied up with. You can check delivery availability at your location by submitting PIN Code on the product detail page.

Shipping charges: Tarefaan is currently providing FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.

Delivery time: Products are shipped within a specified time and generally delivered within 5-7 business days. Business days leave out public holidays and Sundays.

Shipping of returned products: It’s possible to make returns in well-arranged processes by simply contacting Tarefaan. Tarefaan gives a call explaining step by step process on the return process for items. Where applicable, our courier and logistic partners facilitate the pick-up of the item. If reverse pick-up is not possible at the customer’s location, customers can return products through a third-party courier service.
